Steghide is a steganography program that is able to hide data in various kinds of image- and audio-files. The color- respectivly sample-frequencies are not changed thus making the embedding resistant against first-order statistical tests.

To install steghide, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install steghide
To see what files were installed by steghide, run:
port contents steghide
To later upgrade steghide, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade steghide
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
