pygls (pronounced like "pie glass") is a pythonic generic implementation of the Language Server Protocol for use as a foundation for writing language servers using Python (e.g. Python, XML, etc.). It allows you to write your own language server in just a few lines of code.

To install py39-pygls, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py39-pygls
To see what files were installed by py39-pygls, run:
port contents py39-pygls
To later upgrade py39-pygls, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py39-pygls
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
