To install py39-pygccxml, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py39-pygccxml
To see what files were installed by py39-pygccxml, run:
port contents py39-pygccxml
To later upgrade py39-pygccxml, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py39-pygccxml
