PyXDG is a python library to access freedesktop.org standards. Currently supported standards are: * Base Directory Specification Version 0.6 * Menu Specification Version 1.0 * Desktop Entry Specification Version 1.0 * Icon Theme Specification Version 0.8 * Recent File Spec 0.2 * Shared-MIME-Database Specification 0.13

To install py27-pyxdg, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py27-pyxdg
To see what files were installed by py27-pyxdg, run:
port contents py27-pyxdg
To later upgrade py27-pyxdg, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py27-pyxdg
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
