This port installs two mysql scripts to simplify the install/uninstall of the lib_mysqludf_fPROJ4
UDFs (user-defined-functions).
Install:
$ ${prefix}/lib/mysql5/bin/mysql -uroot -p < ${prefix}/share/mysql5/lib_mysqludf_fPROJ4/installdb.sql
Uninstall:
$ ${prefix}/lib/mysql5/bin/mysql -uroot -p < ${prefix}/share/mysql5/lib_mysqludf_fPROJ4/uninstalldb.sql
