MediaTomb is an open source (GPL) UPnP MediaServer with a nice web user interface, it allows you to stream your digital media through your home network and listen to/watch it on a variety of UPnP compatible devices.

To install mediatomb, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install mediatomb
To see what files were installed by mediatomb, run:
port contents mediatomb
To later upgrade mediatomb, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade mediatomb
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
