To complete the installation, run:
sudo cp ${prefix}/etc/knot-resolver/kresd.sample.conf ${prefix}/etc/knotknot-resolver/kresd.conf
Edit as necessary. (See the kresd.conf manpage for additional information.) A startup item has been generated that will aid in starting knot-resolver with launchd. It is disabled by default. Execute the following command to start it, and to cause it to launch at startup:
sudo port load knot-resolver
