Install jemalloc on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install jemalloc, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install jemalloc

To see what files were installed by jemalloc, run:

port contents jemalloc

To later upgrade jemalloc, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade jemalloc
