XPA provides an easy way for users to communicate with XPA-enabled programs by executing XPA client commands in the shell or by utilizing such commands in scripts. Because XPA works both at the programming level and the shell level, it is a powerful tool for unifying any analysis environment: users and programmers have great flexibility in choosing the best level or levels at which to access XPA services, and client access can be extended or modified easily at any time.

To install xpa, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install xpa
To see what files were installed by xpa, run:
port contents xpa
To later upgrade xpa, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade xpa
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
