Apache XML Graphics Commons is a library that consists of several reusable components used by Apache Batik and Apache FOP. Many of these components can easily be used separately outside the domains of SVG and XSL-FO. You will find components such as a PDF library, an RTF library, Graphics2D implementations that let you generate PDF & PostScript files, and much more.

To install xmlgraphics-commons, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install xmlgraphics-commons
To see what files were installed by xmlgraphics-commons, run:
port contents xmlgraphics-commons
To later upgrade xmlgraphics-commons, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade xmlgraphics-commons
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
