Given the frequent updates from upstream, this port gets updated
every 10th release to maintain a stable version. If you want to live
on the bleeding edge, you can bootstrap MacPorts' uv with the
following command

$ uv tool install uv

This will install the latest released version of uv to your
home directory. To install a new update, simply use the boostrapped
uv to update.

$ uv tool update uv

It's a good idea to deactivate this port once you have bootstrapped
uv, to prevent conflicting binaries in your PATH.
