Triangle generates exact Delaunay triangulations, constrained Delaunay triangulations, conforming Delaunay triangulations, Voronoi diagrams, and high-quality triangular meshes. The latter can be generated with no small or large angles, and are thus suitable for finite element analysis.

To install triangle, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install triangle
To see what files were installed by triangle, run:
port contents triangle
To later upgrade triangle, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade triangle
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
