rush is a tool similar to GNU parallel and gargs. rush borrows some idea from them and has some unique features, e.g., supporting custom defined variables, resuming multi-line commands, more advanced embeded replacement strings.

To install rush, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install rush
To see what files were installed by rush, run:
port contents rush
To later upgrade rush, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade rush
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
