rga is a line-oriented search tool that allows you to look for a regex in a multitude of file types. rga wraps the awesome ripgrep and enables it to search in pdf, docx, sqlite, jpg, movie subtitles (mkv, mp4), etc.

To install ripgrep-all, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install ripgrep-all
To see what files were installed by ripgrep-all, run:
port contents ripgrep-all
To later upgrade ripgrep-all, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade ripgrep-all
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
