Install rb-bigdecimal on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install rb-bigdecimal, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install rb-bigdecimal

To see what files were installed by rb-bigdecimal, run:

port contents rb-bigdecimal

To later upgrade rb-bigdecimal, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade rb-bigdecimal
