svgelements does high fidelity SVG parsing and geometric rendering. The goal is to successfully and correctly process SVG for use with any scripts that may need or want to use SVG files as geometric data.

To install py39-svgelements, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py39-svgelements
To see what files were installed by py39-svgelements, run:
port contents py39-svgelements
To later upgrade py39-svgelements, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py39-svgelements
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
