TLS (SSL) sockets, key generation, encryption, decryption, signing, verification and KDFs using the OS crypto libraries. Does not require a compiler, and relies on the OS for patching. Works on Windows, OS X and Linux/BSD.
To install py39-oscrypto, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py39-oscrypto
To see what files were installed by py39-oscrypto, run:
port contents py39-oscrypto
To later upgrade py39-oscrypto, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py39-oscrypto
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
