The Python keyring lib provides a easy way to access the system keyring service from python. It can be used in any application that needs safe password storage. The OSXKeychain keyring service supports the Keychain service in Mac OS X.

To install py39-keyring, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py39-keyring
To see what files were installed by py39-keyring, run:
port contents py39-keyring
To later upgrade py39-keyring, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py39-keyring
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
