The selenium package is used to automate web browser interaction from Python. Several browsers/drivers are supported (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer), as well as the Remote protocol.

To install py38-selenium, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py38-selenium
To see what files were installed by py38-selenium, run:
port contents py38-selenium
To later upgrade py38-selenium, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py38-selenium
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
