Blinker provides a fast dispatching system that allows any number of interested parties to subscribe to events, or "signals". Signal receivers can subscribe to specific senders or receive signals sent by any sender.

To install py38-blinker, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py38-blinker
To see what files were installed by py38-blinker, run:
port contents py38-blinker
To later upgrade py38-blinker, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py38-blinker
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
