A tool for installing and managing Python packages.pip is a replacement for easy_install. It uses mostly the same techniques for finding packages, so packages that were made easy_installable should be pip-installable as well.

To make the Python 3.7 version of pip the one that is run when you execute the commands without a version suffix, e.g. 'pip', run: sudo port select --set pip pip37 sudo port select --set pip3 pip37
