Pooch manages your Python library's sample data files it automatically downloads and stores them in a local directory with support for versioning and corruption checks.
To install py313-pooch, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install py313-pooch
To see what files were installed by py313-pooch, run:
port contents py313-pooch
To later upgrade py313-pooch, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py313-pooch
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
