Install py311-tox on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install py311-tox, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install py311-tox

To see what files were installed by py311-tox, run:

port contents py311-tox

To later upgrade py311-tox, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade py311-tox
