Install poppler-data on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install poppler-data, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install poppler-data

To see what files were installed by poppler-data, run:

port contents poppler-data

To later upgrade poppler-data, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade poppler-data
