PHP Judy implements sparse dynamic arrays (a.k.a Judy arrays). A Judy array consumes memory only when it is populated, yet can grow to take advantage of all available memory if desired. Judy’s key benefits are scalability, high performance, and memory efficiency.

To install php53-Judy, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install php53-Judy
To see what files were installed by php53-Judy, run:
port contents php53-Judy
To later upgrade php53-Judy, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade php53-Judy
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
