Perl extension for manipulating IPv4/IPv6 addresses
Net-IP rovides functions to deal with IPv4/IPv6 addresses. The module can be used as a class, allowing the user to instantiate IP objects, which can be single IP addresses, prefixes, or ranges of addresses. There is also a procedural way of accessing most of the functions. Most subroutines can take either IPv4 or IPv6 addresses transparently.

To install p5.34-net-ip, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install p5.34-net-ip
To see what files were installed by p5.34-net-ip, run:
port contents p5.34-net-ip
To later upgrade p5.34-net-ip, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade p5.34-net-ip
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
