Data::Buffer implements a low-level binary buffer in which you can get and put integers, strings, and other data. Internally the implementation is based on pack and unpack, such that Data::Buffer is really a layer on top of those built-in functions.

To install p5.34-data-buffer, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install p5.34-data-buffer
To see what files were installed by p5.34-data-buffer, run:
port contents p5.34-data-buffer
To later upgrade p5.34-data-buffer, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade p5.34-data-buffer
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
