Moose is wonderful. Unfortunately, it's a little slow. Though significant progress has been made over the years, the compile time penalty is a non-starter for some applications. Mouse aims to alleviate this by providing a subset of Moose's functionality, faster. In particular, "has" in Moose is missing only a few expert-level features.

To install p5.30-mouse, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install p5.30-mouse
To see what files were installed by p5.30-mouse, run:
port contents p5.30-mouse
To later upgrade p5.30-mouse, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade p5.30-mouse
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
