This module can build the C portions of Perl modules by invoking the appropriate compilers and linkers in a cross-platform manner. It was motivated by the Module::Build project, but may be useful for other purposes as well. However, it is not intended as a general cross-platform interface to all your C building needs. That would have been a much more ambitious goal!

To install p5.30-extutils-cbuilder, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install p5.30-extutils-cbuilder
To see what files were installed by p5.30-extutils-cbuilder, run:
port contents p5.30-extutils-cbuilder
To later upgrade p5.30-extutils-cbuilder, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade p5.30-extutils-cbuilder
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
