Build and install perl modules (MakeMaker replacement)
Module::Build is a system for building, testing, and installing Perl modules. It is meant to be an alternative to ExtUtils::MakeMaker. Developers may alter the behavior of the module through subclassing in a much more straightforward way than with MakeMaker. It also does not require a make on your system - most of the Module::Build code is pure-perl and written in a very cross-platform way.

To install p5.28-module-build, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install p5.28-module-build
To see what files were installed by p5.28-module-build, run:
port contents p5.28-module-build
To later upgrade p5.28-module-build, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade p5.28-module-build
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
