Install octave-splines on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install octave-splines, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install octave-splines

To see what files were installed by octave-splines, run:

port contents octave-splines

To later upgrade octave-splines, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade octave-splines
