To enable the Prometheus Node Exporter service, use `port load`, as follows:
$ sudo port load node_exporter
When enabled, by default, the service will be available at http://localhost:9100
...and by default will also log to:
${prefix}/var/log/prometheus-node-exporter/node_exporter.log
