If you want to share your existing Vim configuration with Neovim, you can add these symlinks:
ln -s ~/.vim ~/.config/nvim
ln -s ~/.vimrc ~/.config/nvim/init.vim
For possible incompatible changes and differences to Vim check ':help nvim-intro' in nvim.
