To install mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg
To see what files were installed by mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg, run:
port contents mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg
To later upgrade mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade mysql51-lib_mysqludf_preg
