The mpicc wrapper (and friends) are installed as:
${prefix}/bin/mpicc-mpich-mp (likewise mpicxx, ...)
To make mpich-devel-default's wrappers the default (what you get when you execute 'mpicc' etc.) please run:
sudo port select --set mpi mpich-mp-fortran
