${prefix}/bin/mpicc-mpich-clang11 (likewise mpicxx, ...)
To make mpich-devel-clang11's wrappers the default (what you get when you execute 'mpicc' etc.) please run:
sudo port select --set mpi mpich-clang11-fortran
