Install md4c on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install md4c, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install md4c

To see what files were installed by md4c, run:

port contents md4c

To later upgrade md4c, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade md4c
