LibSBMLSim is a library for simulating an SBML model which contains Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs). LibSBMLSim provides simple command-line tool and several APIs to load an SBML model, perform numerical integration (simulate) and export its results. Both explicit and implicit methods are supported on libSBMLSim.

To install libsbmlsim, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install libsbmlsim
To see what files were installed by libsbmlsim, run:
port contents libsbmlsim
To later upgrade libsbmlsim, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade libsbmlsim
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
