lf (as in "list files") is a terminal file manager written in Go. It is heavily inspired by ranger with some missing and extra features. Some of the missing features are deliberately omitted since they are better handled by external tools.

To install lf, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install lf
To see what files were installed by lf, run:
port contents lf
To later upgrade lf, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade lf
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
