Hem manages multiple background SSH connections using an ifconfig/rc style interface. It is most often used to setup persistent, long-running port tunnels and control master connections. Hem monitors connection upedness and can automatically bounce downed connection.
Hem manages multiple background SSH connections using an ifconfig/rc style interface. It is most often used to setup persistent, long-running port tunnels and control master connections. Hem monitors connection upedness and can automatically bounce downed connection.
To install hem, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install hem
To see what files were installed by hem, run:
port contents hem
To later upgrade hem, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade hem
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
