Unlike git blame, which can tell you who wrote a line of code, git-who tells you the people responsible for entire components or subsystems in a codebase. You can think of git-who sort of like git blame but for file trees rather than individual files.

To install git-who, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install git-who
To see what files were installed by git-who, run:
port contents git-who
To later upgrade git-who, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade git-who
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
