GGobi is an open source visualization program for exploring high-dimensional data. It provides highly dynamic and interactive graphics such as tours, as well as familiar graphics such as the scatterplot, barchart and parallel coordinates plots. Plots are interactive and linked with brushing and identification.

To install ggobi, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install ggobi
To see what files were installed by ggobi, run:
port contents ggobi
To later upgrade ggobi, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade ggobi
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
