To install fpc-cross-powerpc-linux, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install fpc-cross-powerpc-linux
To see what files were installed by fpc-cross-powerpc-linux, run:
port contents fpc-cross-powerpc-linux
To later upgrade fpc-cross-powerpc-linux, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade fpc-cross-powerpc-linux
