Before starting to use fnm, please add the following to your shell:

Add the following to your .bashrc or .zshrc profile:

eval "$(fnm env)"

If you use the fish shell, create the ~/.config/fish/conf.d/fnm.fish file and add the following line:

fnm env | source

fnm installs and manages its own version of nodejs to ~/.fnm.
Make sure to manually clean up the directory when uninstalling the package.
