Install edid-decode on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install edid-decode, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install edid-decode

To see what files were installed by edid-decode, run:

port contents edid-decode

To later upgrade edid-decode, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade edid-decode
