Install docker-machine-driver-qemu on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install docker-machine-driver-qemu, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install docker-machine-driver-qemu

To see what files were installed by docker-machine-driver-qemu, run:

port contents docker-machine-driver-qemu

To later upgrade docker-machine-driver-qemu, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade docker-machine-driver-qemu
