If `~/Library/Preferences/display-switch.ini` was already created before
installation, the `display_switch` binary should already be running and
enabled on startup.

If not, create it, then restart the service with:

launchctl unload /Library/LaunchAgents/org.macports.display-switch.plist
launchctl load /Library/LaunchAgents/org.macports.display-switch.plist A startup item has been generated that will start display-switch with launchd, and will be enabled automatically on activation. Execute the following command to manually _disable_ it:

sudo port unload display-switch
