Port notes

Please read <https://github.com/denyhosts/denyhosts/blob/master/README.md>. You need to make config files in ${prefix}/etc/denyhosts and ${prefix}/share/denyhosts; the files ending with '-dist' are examples for you to copy. A startup item has been generated that will aid in starting denyhosts with launchd. It is disabled by default. Execute the following command to start it, and to cause it to launch at startup:

sudo port load denyhosts
