Install cmake-docs on macOS with MacPorts

If not done already, install MacPorts.

To install cmake-docs, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)

sudo port install cmake-docs

To see what files were installed by cmake-docs, run:

port contents cmake-docs

To later upgrade cmake-docs, run:

sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade cmake-docs
