The appres program prints the resources seen by an application (or subhierarchy of an application) with the specified class and instance names. It can be used to determine which resources a particular program will load.

To install appres, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install appres
To see what files were installed by appres, run:
port contents appres
To later upgrade appres, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade appres
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
